So what is Viagra? Some sources may tell you that Viagra is made of some kind of natural African herb. No. Viagra is made of chemicals. It is the citrate salt of Sildenafil, a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).

Clinical test of Viagra on group of 734 men had the following results: The first column is side effect, the second column - % of men from 734 tested:
Headache - 16%
Flushing - 10%
Dyspepsia - 7%
Nasal Congestion - 4%
Urinary Tract Infection - 3%
Abnormal Vision - 3%
Diarrhea - 3%
Dizziness - 2%
Rash - 2%

But this is not as dangerous as that headache shows your blood pressure is higher than normal! Blood pressure raised by Viagra + your sexual activity may lead you to Heart Attack easily! That is a Real danger you should be aware of!

  • Before taking sildenafil, tell your doctor if you are using any of the following medications:

      • * bosentan (Tracleer);
      * cimetidine (Tagamet, Tagamet HB);
      * an antibiotic such as erythromycin (E-Mycin, Eryc, Ery-Tab) or clarithromycin (Biaxin);
      * doxazosin (Cardura), prazosin (Minipress), Terazosin (Hytrin);
      * HIV medicines such as amprenavir (Agenerase), tipranavir (Aptivus), darunavir (Prezista), efavirenz (Sustiva), nevirapine (Viramune), indinavir (Crixivan), saquinavir (Invirase, Fortovase), lopinavir/ ritonavir (Kaletra), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), ritonavir (Norvir), atazanavir (Reyataz), or nelfinavir (Viracept);
      * an antifungal medication such as itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral);
      * carbamazepine (Tegretol), phenobarbital (Luminal), or phenytoin (Dilantin); or
      * Rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane) or rifabutin (Mycobutin).
  • If you are using any of these drugs, you may not be able to take sildenafil, or you may need dosage adjustments or special tests during treatment.

    • There may be other drugs not listed that can affect Viagra (Sildenafil). Nobody is interested in more researches because Viagra SELLS!
